Description : The following are the key green features implemented in the project site.

1. 100% Treated water is reused for landscaping and flushing purposes.

2. Energy efficient lighting system, process machineries, air compressors with VFD, evaporative cooling fans to reduce energy consumption of the building.

3. Construction materials with recycled content are sourced/ manufactured/ harvested within 800 Kms.

4. Evaporative coolers, fresh air fans and ceiling fans are provided to enhance thermal comfort of the occupants.

5. Low Emitting materials like adhesives, sealants, paints and carpet are used in the project.

6. Battery operated lights are provided for the workers for individual control over lighting.
