Description : CIPL is 3,35,000 SQFT multi-storied Garments factory. It is fully air conditioned with energy efficiency Heat recovery chiller.It is the first project in Bangladesh to get LEED Certification from USGBC in the year 2011.

Re-certification : CIPL was awarded LEED Silver Certification on September
2015.
