Description : It is the first LEED V4 Platinum rated Washing Plant in the world. This is the first ever project in Bangladesh to be Platinum certified in LEED V4. Key highlights of the project are Trigeneration system in the utility side, Heat and condensate recovery, Demand Control ventilation and Building Management System. Rain water conservation is enhanced by the provision of Rai Water Harvesting tank and percolation pits in the site.
