Description : The following are the key green features implemented in the project site.

1. Skylights and windows are installed to provide maximum daylight into the building.

2. Car parking is provided under a building, which reduces the heat island effect.

3. Water efficient fixtures like low flow faucets and dual flush system are implemented to achieve reduction in potable water.

4. Compressed Natural Gas is used to produce electricity for the whole project building.

5. Construction waste such as plaster, concrete, steel rebar and bricks are reused within the project site.
