Description : The following are the key green features implemented in the project site.

1. Water efficient fixtures like low flow faucets and dual flush system are implemented to achieve reduction in potable water.

2. Energy efficient Split AC’s, ventilation fans with evaporative coolers, ceiling fans, air compressor with VFD, energy efficient process machines, and energy efficient lighting system to reduce energy consumption of the building.

3. Evaporative coolers and fresh air fans will maintain the required fresh air level.

4. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the campus and within the building.

5. Battery operated lights are provided for the workers for individual control over lighting.
